Wondering how to get here?

Airport Information

We recommend flying in to the San Diego Airport (code: SAN).  The airport is approximately 45 minutes from North Coast Church’s Vista Campus.  The Orange County Airport (SNA) is also an option at approx. 60 minutes from North Coast’s Vista Campus.

Rental Car

San Diego is very spread out and the closest hotel is about 10 minutes away, so we do recommend you rent a car for transportation.

Recommended Hotels

We recommend three hotels in the Carlsbad area:

  1. The Sheraton Carlsbad: Located approximately 20 minutes from North Coast, The Sheraton Carlsbad offers easy access to shopping, dining, the ocean, and the freeway.  For reservations with our exclusive rate, call 760-827-2400, or email them. Please reference “NORTH COAST CHURCH CORPORATE RATE.”
  2. The Cassara, a Hilton Tapestry Collection: Located approximately 20 minutes from North Coast, The Cassara offers guest rooms and 1 or 2 bedroom condos.  Amenities include easy access to dining, the freeway, and ocean views throughout.  For reservations, call 1-760-827-2800, or email them at priorityres-westin@gpresorts.com. Please reference “NORTH COAST CHURCH CORPORATE RATE.”
  3. The Hyatt Place Vista/Carlsbad: Located approximately 15 minutes from North Coast. Offers standard hotel rooms.

Conference FAQs

How are you accommodating Covid-19?

Main sessions will be available for viewing in our outdoor plaza. Breakout sessions will remain indoors.
Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the campus. Snacks will be individually packaged.
Lunch will be boxed for your convenience.

Is the conference available for viewing online?

We video record our main sessions and audio record our breakouts. They will be available for purchase in our shop following the conference.

Where should we stay?

Do you offer refunds?

You may transfer your ticket to our 2022 Conference or to another member of your team if you are unable to attend this year.

Why do you need my team's names and email addresses? 

This helps us to prepare for each individual that is coming and allows the check in process to run much smoother. You can update your team's information by managing your group on Brushfire, or email us at training@northcoastchurch.com.
