Finding More Volunteers!
In Person Session | Wednesday, August 22, 2025 | 12PM-1PM
Have you ever said to yourself, “I don’t have enough volunteers?” Finding new volunteers is one of the most challenging tasks every ministry leader faces. Sometimes we feel the pressure to sacrifice the quality of a volunteer for the quantity needed to help sustain our ministry. In this coaching corner, you will learn how to find more of the right volunteers regardless of team size or ministry. We will learn things like:
- How to push past shoulder tapping.
- Why a stage announcement sabotages your ability to recruit the right type of volunteer.
- How an initial volunteer conversation sets the tone for their future role.
- How to tap into 5 different pools of people to invite into ministry.
- How to determine where the bar of entry should be for your volunteers.
- How you can improve the long-term health and retention of your ministry.
