Dave Enns

Pastor of Life Groups, North Coast Church

Dave has been on staff at North Coast Church since 1990 and is the lead pastor of Small Groups. His passion since youth has been to create an environment for people to connect and experience life to the fullest. Dave oversees a team of 21 staff, 900 lay leaders and over 7,000 participants. It is through Dave’s leadership that North Coast remains well-known for maintaining over 90% adult participation in weekly home groups. He has also played an integral role in helping North Coast grow from 700 to now over 11,000 weekend attendees. These experiences have given Dave a wealth of practical know-how in successfully identifying and adapting ministry strategies for growth and breaking through roadblocks. They have also made Dave’s coaching and training of new and veteran ministry leaders around the country relevant and valuable, no matter the size or type of ministry they lead.  Dave has a Bachelors Degree in Christian Education from Biola University, a Masters of Divinity from Bethel Theological Seminary, and has served as an adjunct professor at Biola University. Dave was also on staff during his early years of ministry at First Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton under Chuck Swindoll. Dave and his wife have been married for 20 years and have three teenage children.
