Which airport should I fly into? Do I need to rent a car?

San Diego National Airport (airport code: SAN). San Diego is approximately 45 minutes south of the North Coast Church Campus in Vista,CA.

We strongly recommend renting a car. You will need your own transportation to and from the airport, and to and from your hotel.

 

What are intensive sessions?

 

Intensive sessions take place Tuesday morning from 8:30 am – 12 pm (before the conference begins). Each session takes a deep-dive in to its particular topic. Lunch is provided for all intensive session attendees.

Do I need to register for the breakout sessions?

No, you do not need to register in advance, just show up!

What is the After Party?

The After Party takes place after the conference content ends Tuesday evening, and is designed as a fun opportunity to network with other pastors, as well as our speakers. At the After Party, you’ll find appetizers, entertainment, and a whole lot of fun, so you won’t want to miss it!

Are conference sessions recorded?

Yes, all conference sessions are recorded. Audio of the Beak Out sessions, and video of the Main Sessions, are available with the All Access Pass. CDs and DVDs of individual sessions are not available.

One of the team members I registered is no longer able to attend. Can I switch them with another person?

Absolutely. To change or update your attendee list, please contact Amanda. All changes must be made 2 weeks prior to the event start date.

Are conference tickets available at the door?

Yes, a limited number of conference tickets are available at the door. However, for best conference pricing, we strongly recommend you purchase your tickets in advance.

Are refunds available?

If you’d like to cancel your Sticky Teams registration, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to do so.  Cancellations made within 14 days of purchase will be issued a full refund.  After 14 days, refunds are not available.  No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2017.

What meals are included?

Lunch on Tuesday is included for Intensive attendees only, and lunch on Wednesday is included for everyone. Breakfast and dinner are on your own, but snacks and drinks are provided throughout the day.
