Dave Enns has been on staff at North Coast Church since 1990. and is the lead pastor of Small Groups. His passion since youth has been to create an environment for people to connect and experience life to the fullest. Dave oversees a team of 21 staff, 900 lay leaders, and over 5,000 participants.
