Who is Chris Brown?
Chris Brown has served as a Senior Pastor and Teaching Pastor at North Coast Church since 2004. Prior to that, he developed a nationally recognized student ministry at Azusa Pacific College, where he served as the Campus Pastor. His mid-week Bible study known as “911″ started with 80 and grew to over 1,500 students. His humor and motivational style have helped North Coast Church continue to grow, not only larger, but also younger during his tenure. He shares the weekend pulpit with Larry Osborne — each teaching roughly half the time. Both at North Coast Church and Azusa Pacific College, Chris has been a catayst for growth and he understands the intricacies involved in the changes growth creates.

It’s also been honored as one of the ten most influential churches in America for its pioneering efforts in the multi-site movement, sermon-based small groups, and its creative approach to shared leadership. Larry’s books include Sticky Teams, Sticky Church, Ten Dumb Things Smart Christians Believe, Spirituality For The Rest Of Us, and The Unity Factor.
How many people attend the conference?
In 2011 nearly 800 people purchased tickets and attended the conference. We limit attendance to 800 or less in order to allow for greater interaction between the attendees and the speakers.
Who should attend?
We want your ministry team to leave synergized. Knowing what to do next, why it’s important, and how to get it done. We have found that if all the decision makers and implementers of your church do not attend the conference, the team is divided and less successful.
